Shipping & Delivery
We try our best to ship every order within 24 hours. Most of our products are shipped from our warehouse to your door and most products will arrive within a few days. Delivery on our truck will arrive within 48 hours'

Special order items, such as, liners, hot tub covers.
PUMPS
Pumps that are under warranty must be verified by authorized service centers before warranty will be honored. Warranty pumps that are verified are at the discretion of the service center on how it will be handled. They have the right to repair, rebuild or replace the motor. Backyard Oasis is not responsible for the service centers recommendations and subsequent decisions on repairs.
Pumps that are not under warranty cannot be returned.
LINERS
Above Ground Liners can only be returned if the original box is unopened.
Once a liner is out of the box the integrity of the liner cannot be guaranteed, so therefor it cannot be resold.
Other Returns
Any other item that needs to be returned must have a Return Authorization number issued by our customer service department. The customer must pay return freight unless it is damaged and there will be a 15% restocking fee.
Because we ship in 24 - 36 hours there is no cancellations... Once the product has left our facility, or is en-route to you from an outside source, it cannot be stopped.
Any item that is refused by the customer upon delivery, the above fees and penalties will apply.

In order to get a full refund here are the rules...

1. The product must be in it's original container or packaging. If a liner is opened, it cannot be returned.
2. You must notify us of your intentions to return it within 48 hours.
3. It must have a Return Authorization number
4. If it is chemical you are returning, only the amount you could use in a 24 hour period can be missing.
5. ALL items must be in resalable condition unless it is a manufacturer defect.

A tracking order will be sent you via email, so that we all know where your purchase is going and when you will receive it...

Of course if you are completely unsatisfied with any of our products, we will refund your money. Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied. Before a full refund can be issued, the above guidelines will be taken into consideration. Some items are just not refundable..
